We are pleased to offer an exciting and unique opportunity for fraternity and sorority members at Georgia State University to live on campus! The Greek Housing community consists of nine three-story town homes, which range in size from 9-19 beds per unit, available exclusively for Greek members at the university. Each town home features a spacious living room, kitchen, and furnished bedrooms, with free cable and Internet access. Our Special Interest Housing also provides a student community center and a free laundry facility. Covered parking is available at University Lofts across the street, and student mailboxes and package center are located next door at Freshman Hall.
Greek organizations may uniquely decorate their town homes so members have a sense of living in a “traditional” fraternity or sorority house, with all of the convenience of living on campus. Our Greek Housing community provides Georgia State University’s first residence experience for fraternities and sororities while bringing additional vibrancy to downtown Atlanta.
